Return Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade woodenware. All wood reacts to its environment to some degree. Wood is a "living" material that reacts to its environment. Taking proper care of your wooden item will do a great deal to preserve its appearance and minimize the consequences excessive dryness, humidity or heat.

We cannot offer exchanges for damage caused by improper care, such as:

Placing items in the dishwasher.
Prolonged soaking in water or staining/bleaching due to contact with any liquid (coffee, alcohol, vinegar, etc.), or having scratches, dents, or knife marks.
Cracking or warping due to extreme dryness (failure to oil) or heat.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit provided the following conditions are met.

Eligibility: Exchange/Credit is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
Exchange Window: You must return the item to be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Item must be in its original, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been seasoned, oiled, or used for food preparation.
Process: If your item arrived damaged during shipping or has a structural defect, please use the contact form to reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. Shipping costs for returning the item and delivering the replacement are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
