Cheese Paddle

These make wonderful gifts and are great for presenting and passing around presentations of your favorite appetizers. Prepared from a solid piece of wood, La Collina Cheese Paddles are finished with several coats of our food-safe blend with several weeks drying time between coats. Finally, we apply a protective surface coat of our own "Cera della Nonna". We offer cheese paddles in Walnut, Cherry, Oak, Maple and Black Birch. Samples illustrated are representative only. We would be happy to provide you with a photo of any particular board since color and grain pattern can vary depending on nature of the tree and how it was cut from the log.
